I am an avid fan of books, guides, systems, models, and anything else that allows me to know how to do things and learn from others mistakes! Because of this, I suggest active reading. Take notes, underline, highlight, etc. In school, I always did best when I read through a study guide before the chapter or book, so many of the books I try to include a study guide with to glance through before you begin reading and in some cases fill as you read or when you finish.
